Gards welcome new baby

Travis and Krista Gard of Hillsboro announce the birth of their son, Blaine William Gard, on Sept. 20.

Born at Highland District Hospital, he weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20-1/2 inches long.

Blaine was welcomed home by big sister Blair Kristine and by maternal grandparents Marion and Wanda Foster of Hillsboro and paternal grandparents Dale and Peggy Gard of Hillsboro.[[In-content Ad]]
