A Focus Paul Mitchell Salon of Hillsboro welcomes Amber Morgan as their new nail technician. Amber is a graduate of Southern Hills Vocational School and received her manager’s license from Eastern Hills in July 2011. Tara Swift, owner of the Paul Mitchell Salon, says “She is very excited to have Amber because she is so widely trained.” Amber will specialize in manicures and pedicures featuring shellac and/or acrylic.
