Family, friends to celebrate 90th birthday of Ralph K. Osborn

The family of Ralph K. Osborn of Pricetown will hold an open house from 2-5 p.m. Saturday, April 9 at the Lynchburg Fire and Rescue Building, 8123 S.R. 135, Lynchburg, in celebration of Mr. Osborn's 90th birthday.
