Annual Mick reunion held Aug. 15

The annual Mick reunion was held Aug. 15 at Seip Mound outside of Bainbridge. The weather cooperated and there was a good crowd of at least 120. We suspect that there were some who didn't sign the registry.

   Sonny Spangler gave the prayer and dinner began around 12:30 p.m. There was a lot of great food, including a variety of meats, casseroles,

vegetables, desserts, and drinks.  Thanks to all of you who helped out with that. After eating, the annual white elephant sale began with Wesley Rhoades

as the auctioneer. There was a little bit of everything to choose from.

Thanks to all who donated those items as well as those who purchased them. The quilt was purchased by Cherry Ellis.

   The  oldest person in attendance was Bernice Shumaker.

   Paul Mick from Las Vegas, Nev. traveled the farthest.

   Ciara Tyler won the door prize.
