Marvin E. Johnson, 70, of Washington C.H., formerly of Highland, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022 at Court House Manor in Washington C.H.
He was born Oct. 10, 1952 in Chillicothe, the son of David A. and Leota K. (White) Johnson.
Marvin retired from Airborne Express and was a former employee of American Aggregates. He was a loving father and loved all his grandkids.
He is survived by two daughters, Amy (Jerry) Butts of Kettering and Sharon (Scott) Chambliss of Leesburg; four grandchildren, Katelyn, Kourtney, Trinity and Makenna; three sisters, Joy (Mike) Stewart of Lancaster, Carol Stewart of Circleville and Janet (Donald) Smith of South Salem; one brother, Larry (Cindy) Johnson of Greenfield; and two sisters-in-law, Mary Johnson and Ruth Johnson.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, David Johnson, Bernard A. “Fuzz” Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, Donald R. “Pickle” Johnson and Roger Johnson; one brother-in-law, Ronnie Stewart; his dog, Sadie; and both parents.
A celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
