Mark Elliott, 60, of Wilmington, passed away Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
He was born Nov. 10, 1961 in Killeen, Texas, the son of the late Larry J. Elliott and Thelma (Crocker) Elliott of Wilmington.
A 1980 Clinton-Massie High School graduate, Mark owned and operated the Escape Night Club in downtown Wilmington. He was a member of the St. Columbkille Catholic Church.
Surviving are his lifetime partner, Sharma Gibson; a daughter and three like daughters, Haley Elliott of Tampa, Fla., Chelsie Gibson of Wilmington, Brittany Gibson of Wilmington and Jordanne Gibson of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Jackson, Imani and Josiah; three brothers, Larry (Barb) Elliott of Sabina, Vince (Anna) Elliott of Clarksville and Jay (April) Elliott of Wilmington; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Chris Elliott; and baby sister, Patsy Elliott.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 7, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Main Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Deacon Robert Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the New Antioch Cemetery, New Antioch, Ohio.
Friends will be received Sunday, Nov. 6 from 2-4 p.m. at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
