Leo L. Doyle

Leo L. Doyle, 80, of Clarksville, passed away unexpectedly early Monday, Jan. 27, 2025 at his home.  
 
He was born July 24, 1944 in Kingman, son of the late Joseph Alex Doyle Sr. and Cleone Marie Tudor Doyle.
 
Leo retired from General Motors after 32 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to bass fish and hunt.
 
Surviving are his loving wife of 60 years, Rosalee Doyle; brother, Cliff (Kathy) Doyle; two daughters, Lisa (Ken) Wright and Kim (Neil) Rager; one son, Matt (Stacy) Doyle; eight grandchildren, Nathan, Brittany, Kaitlin, Emily (Peyton) Colton, Ashley, Sydney and Jackson; two great-grandchildren, Haylie and Leo; brother, Cliff (Kathy) Doyle; and sister, Diana  Staegemoeller.
 
In addition to his parents, Leo was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Alex Doyle and David T. Doyle; a sister, Sheila Simonson; and a close cousin, Albert Doyle.
 
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, noon Thursday, Jan. 30 with Brendon South officiating. Interment will follow in the Martinsville I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Martinsville.
 
Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home in Wilmington,  Thursday, Jan. 30 from 11 a.m.-noon.
