James Wallace

James Wallace, 62 of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025 at Mercy Health Medical Center in Mt. Orab. 

He was born in Wilmington on Oct. 31, 1962, the son of the late Harold and Elizabeth (Bussey) Wallace.  

James is survived by his wife, Susan Wallace, of Hillsboro; daughters, Brandy (Chris) Gadwa of Wilmington and Amy (Ryan) Green of Lynchburg; five grandchildren, Ella, Noah, Eve, Jeremiah and Calliope, all of whom loved him very much; siblings, Susie (Bruce) Frazier of Belfast, Christy Gall of Columbus and John Wallace of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. 

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by two siblings, Kathy Robinson and Michael Wallace.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Mowrystown Cemetery. 

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
