Delbert L. Roeth, 89, of Hillsboro, formerly of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026 at ResCare in Hillsboro.

He was born on July 1, 1936, in Alliance, Ohio, the son of Russell Ulrich and Vera H. (Brill) Roethlisberger.

He is survived by his stepsister, Annette Wright of Holland, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his brother; and both parents.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Roger Newkirk officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
