Constance "Connie" J. Wilson
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Constance "Connie" J. Wilson, 83, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Connie was born June 13, 1941, in Hillsboro, and she left this world peacefully on May 5, 2025.
A devoted member of the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church, Connie exemplified love and faith throughout her life. She dedicated her career to nurturing young minds as a cook at Highland Elementary School, where her caring spirit and generous heart touched the lives of countless students. Connie's legacy of love, faith and kindness will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be remembered for her warm smile, her unwavering support and her infectious laughter.
Connie cherished her family above all, leaving behind her loving husband, Donald Wilson; her daughters, Debbie (Steve) Taylor and Cindy Black; seven grandchildren, Amy (Todd) Daugherty, Melinda Black, Shelley (Terry) Blair, Marcus Taylor, Tiffany (Bobby) Lanham, Brandon (Kelly) Gibbs and April Leonard; eight great-grandchildren, Aubrey Wolford, Braxton Taylor, Matthew Partin, Michael Partin, Hayden Blair, Kaleb Leonard, Jacob Leonard and Ava Leonard; seven great-great-grandchildren, Tobias Wolford, Nova Wolford, Molly Partin, Alice Partin, Daniel Partin, Kaydence Leonard and Kensley Leonard; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Each member of her family was a source of joy and pride for her, and she treasured every moment spent with them.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Bessie (Jones) Wallace; daughter, Donna Zahn; three brothers, Ernest, Elbert and Harold Wallace; and sisters, Helen Reno and Marjorie Kidder.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Thursday May 8 in the Samantha Methodist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers and Connie's love of children, memorials may be made to St Jude's; Cincinnati Children's Hospital; or the Shriners Children Hospital.
