Two charged after weekend traffic stop

Two people are facing charges after a Sunday morning traffic stop in Hillsboro.
A report from the Hillsboro Police Department states that at approximately 1:04 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, in the area of 247 W. Main St., James R. Lykins, 29, of Seaman was taken into custody for driving under suspension.
A passenger in the vehicle, Tracey L. O'Cull, 34, of Hillsboro. also was arrested and charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, the HPD said.
Upon investigation, numerous items related to the manufacturing if methamphetamines were found, including a substance believed to be methamphetamine, the report stated.
Samples of materials confiscated will be sent to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation.
The case will be presented to the Highland County prosecutor for possible submission to a Highland County grand jury.[[In-content Ad]]
