Sharon Fulkerson, owner of Margaret’s Memories, a yarn shop located at 220 West Beech St. in Hillsboro, will host an open house Friday, Nov. 25 from 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
There will be door prizes and a drawing for two $25 in-store gift certificates, and refreshments will be served.
In addition to yarn, needles and cross-stitch and crocheting supplies, handcrafted items made by various local crafters, including sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves and socks, will be sold.
The store is open Saturdays, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and by appointment Monday-Friday. The Margaret’s Memories knitting group meets Wednesday nights at the yarn shop.
