Lebanon OSHP Post investigating a fatal traffic crash

Lebanon – The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a single vehicle crash involving one fatality. The crash occurred today, Jan. 24 at 1:49 a.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road west of state Route 48 in Union Township, Warren County.

The preliminary investigation showed a 2020 GMC Sierra, operated by Core y Graham, 45, of South Lebanon, was traveling east on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road. The GMC Sierra traveled off the right side of the roadway striking several trees. Mr. Graham was transported to Mercy Health – Kings Mills Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Regina Lovely, 39, of South Lebanon, a passenger in Mr. Graham’s vehicle, was uninjured.

Amberley Lovely, 35, of South Lebanon, a passenger in Mr. Graham’s vehicle, was uninjured.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted on scene by Union Township Fire Department, Deerfield Township Fire Department, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Hamilton Township Police Department, and Case Towing.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
