Lebanon OSHP Post investigating fatal crash

Lebanon - The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single vehicle fatal crash. 

The crash occurred on May 31 at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road in Union Township, Warren County.

The preliminary investigation showed a 2006 Ford Focus, operated by Paulette R. Hines, 51, of Maineville, was traveling west on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and struck an embankment. The vehicle then overturned several times before striking a guardrail and coming to final rest.

Mrs. Hines sustained fatal injuries, as a result of the crash, and was declared deceased at the scene.

Mrs. Hines wasn't wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Warren County Sheriff's Department and Union Township Fire/EMS.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
