Justin Moore rocks the festival WATCH THE VIDEO

Some lined up hours before the concert to save a prime spot to hear country music star Justin Moore perform at the Festival of the Bells. 
As the sun set over Hillsboro Friday, fans were screaming, taking pictures, and yelling Moore's name. 
 The concert concluded the second day of the festival which featured the annual outhouse races, and kiddie tractor pulls.
The concert concludes Saturday with a performance by Jason Michael Carroll.  [[In-content Ad]]
