Josh Mahan graduates from basic combat training

Private Joshua M. Mahan, son of Tom and Joanna Mahan, graduated from basic combat training earlier this month in Fort Jackson, S.C.
Joshua was honored by the company commander and drill sergeants as they selected him to carry the 4th Platoon's flag onto the field during the graduation ceremony.
Joshua is a graduate of Hillsboro City Schools and Laurel Oaks Joint Vocational School. He is now in the Advanced Individual Training phase
of his training, where he is being trained to repair and maintain the wheeled vehicles for the United States Army.
