Hillsboro Police Report

On August 6, 2011, Ivory Spencer of Hillsboro, driving a 1996 Chrysler was stopped at the stop sign at East Walnut and South East Street and traveled through the intersection striking a 2006 Dodge that was traveling North on South East Street and was being driven by Wayne Lusk of Hillsboro. Mr. Lusk was transported to Highland District Hospital by the Hillsboro Life Squad. Spencer was cited for failure to yield.
