On June 14, the following incidents were reported to the Hillsboro Police Department:
A resident in the 300 block of South East Street reported that sometime overnight, someone had slashed the side of their pool. Estimated damage was $160.
A resident in the 100 block of East Walnut Street advised someone entered their vehicle, removing the stereo.
A resident in the 100 block of East North Street reported that someone threw a rock through their car window and stole an iPod. Estimate damage has not yet been reported.
A resident in the 200 block of East Beech Street reported that someone entered his vehicle and stole a few checks.
