Hillsboro Planning Commission to hold public hearing Aug. 18

The Hillsboro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, Aug. 18 at 5:30 p.m. at 130 North High Street, Hillsboro. (City Hall, Second Floor). 

The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment on an Application for Variance (25-V-05) for 102 Maple Run Dr., Hillsboro, (Parcel No.: 25-14-200-021.00). The variance is based on a denied site plan due noncompliance with rear yard setback requirements as outlined in City Ordinance 155.091. 

Written comments should be submitted to Planning Commission c/o Megan Blackburn, Clerk at 130 N. High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 or mblackburn@hillsboroohio.net. Comments should be submitted prior to the public hearing.
