Hillsboro City Schools Board of Education to hold special meeting, public hearing

The Hillsboro City Schools Board of Education will meet in special session 8 a.m. Friday, June 27 at the Hillsboro Board of Education Office, 39 Willettsville Pike, for a special board meeting.

The purpose is to inform the Board and as a public notice that Kristie L. Cornele will be considered to continue as a reemployed superannuate for the school year 2025-26.

• To Ratify OAPSE Contract;
• Employment; and
• Executive session, if necessary.

• The Hillsboro City School Board of Education will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 21 to consider the reemployment of superannuate Kristie L. Cornele as a second-grade teacher.
  
The Board is considering this reemployment as an urgent necessity in order to fill the position by Aug. 6 in time for the start of the school year. 

The hearing will take place during the regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting at 8 a.m. July 21 at the Board of Education Office, 39 Willettsville Pike, Hillsboro.
