Hillger Consulting & Manufacturing offers variety of engineering, manufacturing services

Hillger Consulting & Manufacturing Industries, founded by J. Scott and Hannah Hillger, is now open for business and ready to provide you with engineering and manufacturing services today.

After privately consulting for multiple companies, the husband-and-wife team decided to expand their offerings to other companies that may need engineering and manufacturing help. The team is looking to help companies balance work flow, save money annually, and produce fast results with no long-term commitment required.

Engineering work often comes in phases, leaving your every-day employees either strapped and exhausted or bored and waiting for work. When you hire a consultant, they can stay on only as long as you need – providing a level work force when you need it, and labor $ in your pocket when you do not.
Often, companies hire an engineer when they really only need an engineer’s expertise for a couple tasks. The engineer is basically paid for the one day a month or so that they are needed to solve a problem – draining valuable labor $ that could be better used getting someone with the experience needed, exactly when the experience is needed.

Have you ever spent weeks deciding on an employee to hire and finding after all that time that the person you selected isn’t going to work on your team? It can be difficult in today’s age to hire an employee, but even more difficult to fire one that doesn’t do the job as you imagined. With us, there is no long-term commitment. We believe you will be happy with our services – we want your business, so we will work hard to keep it.

The team is currently offering the following engineering services:
- Part Modeling
- Tooling design
- Operation Instruction Creation
- CMM Programming
- CNC Programming
- Process Flow Improvements
- Quality Systems Creation
- Rapid Prototype Creation (3D printing & Bridgeport Mill) and
- Rapid Tooling/Fixturing Solutions.
