Highland County Sheriff’s Report

Jan. 16

A deputy while on patrol in Brushcreek Twp observed a vehicle with fictitious tags. The deputy performed a traffic stop in the 13000 block of Cynthiana Road. During the stop, the deputy deployed K9 Dom to perform a walk around the vehicle. K9 Dom indicated that there were drugs in the vehicle. After further investigation, Ryan T. Graves, 52, of Bainbridge was arrested and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, driving under suspension and operating with an invalid plate.

Richard A. Penn, 51, of Leesburg, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs.

Donnie Jenkins Jr., 48, of Greenfield, obstructing official business, drug paraphernalia.

Claretha A. Cramer, 45, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension, speeding.

Angel Valdes, 23, of Hillsboro, speeding.
