May 15
A resident of the 6900 block of Hill Rd reported fraud.
A deputy responded to a business on High St., Mowrystown, after a report of a suspicious female in the store. Upon arrival, a deputy located the female sitting in a car, in the parking lot. During the investigation, the female appeared impaired. The deputy offered to conduct a field sobriety test, the female refused. Mary E. Myers, 39, of Sardinia was arrested and charged with having physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
May 16
A deputy responded to the 200 block of High St., Leesburg, after a report of a domestic dispute. After investigation, a female claimed she was assaulted but refused medical attention and charges. The female advised she was leaving the residence.
