Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents were reported by the HCSO.

April 28
 
A deputy responded to the 1500 block of state Route 134 after a report of trespassing. After investigation, Courtney N. Lyons, 43, of Jeffersonville, was cited for driving under suspension.

A business in the 11000 block of North Shore Drive reported trespassing. After investigation, an RV that had been parked in the parking lot was towed from the scene. 

A resident of the 9000 block of Pigeon Roost Road reported the theft of a firearm.

A deputy responded to the 200 block of Washington St., Lynchburg, after a report of telecommunications harassment.

Brendon D. Fohl-Bailey, 33, of Hillsboro, disorderly conduct.

Jonathan J. McVey, 53, of Greenfield, violation of protection order.

Tad E. Price, 50, of Hillsboro, failure to comply.

Ashley N. Cooper, 32, of Washington C.H., failure to appear.
