These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

April 12
  
Deputies responded to the 7900 block of Russell Road after a report of a dog biting a neighbor. After investigation, a male refused medical care and declined charges. The dog’s owner was advised to take further steps to restrain the animal and was given a warning for disorderly conduct.

April 13
 
A resident of the 11000 block of Hudson Road reported the theft of several items. After investigation, charges are pending for a Mansfield man.

A deputy responded to the 200 block of Sycamore St., Lynchburg, after a report of a disorderly person. After investigation, a male was trespassed from the residence.

Amanda M. Maines. 43, of Martinsville, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments. 

Geneva L. Combs, 45, of Chillicothe, diving under suspension.

Francis L. Evans, 18, of Hillsboro, unsecured load, improper display of license plate.

Jared R. Hill, 31, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.

Paul J. Vanhorn, 39, of Clarksburg, failure to appear.
