Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

March 29 
A resident of N. High St, Mowrystown reported vandalism. This incident remains under investigation.
A resident of Goodyear St, Mowrystown reported a theft.

March 30
A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle damaged by rocks falling off a trailer on State Route 247. No injuries were reported, no citation issued.

A resident of the 9800 block of Mad River Road reported people trespassing. As a deputy was arriving, a male and female was observed running into a nearby residence. After investigation, Seth A Wilks, 37, of Lynchburg and Kaylea N. Burdette, 35, of New Vienna were arrested and charged with obstructing official business.

Arrests/Citations

Timothy J. Tobin, 43, of Hillsboro, arrested on a warrant from Pike County.

Chancellor S. Krebs, 33, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.

Michael R. Wynns, 39, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension, failure to file for annual registration.

Halley L. Pollard, 32, of Hillsboro, failure to appear, contempt of court.
