Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Feb. 6
 
A deputy responded to a business in the 11000 block of North Shore Dr. after a report of an impaired person. After investigation, a male was checked on and was not impaired.

A deputy responded to a report of a school bus off the roadway in the 5000 block of Skeen Road. After investigation, it was determined the bus from Bright Local Schools had slid off the slippery roadway, the three students and driver were not injured. No citation issued.

A resident of the 6600 block of Wizard of Oz Way reported an altercation between two males. After investigation, both males were given warnings for disorderly conduct. 

Feb. 7
 
A deputy responded to the 6500 block of Beechwood Lane after a report of a theft.

Arrests/Citations

Sumit Rai, 24, of Hillsboro, failure to file for annual registration.
