Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.
                                 
Aug. 26

A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Morgan Lane after a report of vandalism.

A resident of the 6300 block of Fair Ridge Road reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, both parties agreed to separate, no charges issued.

Aug. 27
 
A deputy responded to the 2800 block of North Gath Road after a report of a disorderly person. After investigation, Daven J. Reuss, 24, of Sardinia, was charged with disorderly conduct.

A resident of the 5200 block of Anderson Road reported a theft.

A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Smith Road to an accident involving a juvenile on a dirt bike. After investigation, the juvenile was transported to Highland District Hospital with minor injuries. Charges were issued for failure to control, no motorcycle endorsement.
