Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Aug. 17

A resident of the 6900 block of Millers Chapel Road reported a disorderly person. After investigation, a male was trespassed from the property after legally being evicted, no charges issued.

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Highland Hills Dr. after a report of an unruly juvenile.

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of North Shore Dr. after a report of a stolen boat trailer.

A resident of the 300 block of Sycamore St., in Lynchburg reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Antonio E. Burke, 49, of Lynchburg, was charged with domestic violence.

Aug. 18

A deputy responded to the 12000 block of Beech Trail after a report of theft. This incident remains under investigation.
