Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.
                                 
Aug. 11

A deputy responded to the 7200 block of Cathy Road after a report domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined to have been a verbal dispute between a parent and child, no charges were issued.

Aug. 12
 
A resident of the 11000 block of Dundee Dr. reported fraud.

Deputies responded to the 4900 block of state Route 138 after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Amber M. Martin, 42, of Hillsboro, was charged with domestic violence.

A resident of the 5900 block of sState Route 247 reported a domestic dispute. After investigation, Mark A. Rand, 50, of Hillsboro, was charged with domestic violence.

Anthony W. Thiel, 33, of Hillsboro, speeding. 

Isiah S. Wallace, 27, of Wilmington, failure to appear.

Joshua R. Sieger Jr., 18, of Sardinia, improper parking on highway.

Amy M. Rickman, 39, of Leesburg, failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
