Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

May 12

A deputy responded to Webertown Road after a report of trash dumping. This incident remains under investigation.

A resident of the 4200 block of North St., Union Twp. reported a vehicle vandalized.

A resident of the 8600 block of Grimsley Road reported trespassing.

A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Spargur Road after a report of a prowler. After investigation, no one found, property checked secure.

Tabitha A. Throckmorton, 30, Greenfield, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs.

Christopher K. Hacker, 19, Hillsboro, speeding.

Jennifer D. St. John, 47, of New Vienna, failure to appear.

Phillip S. Heslar, 51, of Blanchester, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rachel E. Kenser, 37, of Batavia, possession of drug paraphernalia.
