May 7
A resident of the 11000 block of state Route 124 reported a theft.

Deputies responded to the 8100 block of Horner Hill Road after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Kaydence K. Quallen, 20, of Hillsboro was charged with domestic violence and endangering children.

Arrest/Citations 

James S. Fettro, 62, of Hillsboro, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs.

Katie J. Fettro, 21, of Hillsboro, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs.

Christopher D. Starkey, 20, of South Salem, trafficking in drugs.

James D. Freeman Jr, 59, of Mowrystown, failure to appear.

David G. Kaminski, 61, of Hillsboro, speeding.

Garland D. Riffle, 25, of Chillicothe, speeding.
