Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

April 14
 
A resident of the 9000 block of Water St., New Petersburg, reported receiving threats. After investigation, a male was advised to have no further contact with the caller and was trespassed from the property. No charges were issued.

April 15

Deputies responded to the 9400 block of U.S. Route 62 after a report of theft of prescription drugs and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. After investigation, Justin D. Setty, 41, of Hillsboro, was charged with theft.

A resident of the 6200 block of Shaw Road reported a female was disorderly. The female was located walking in a field in the 6000 block of Shaw Road. Brenda A Steinmetz, 33, of Hillsboro was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct intoxicated.

Terry L. Pigg, 66, of New Vienna, operating motor vehicle without a valid license, speeding.

Heavenlee E. Newsome, 18, of Hillsboro, speeding.
