Highland County Historical Society annual meeting Oct. 15

The Highland County Historical Society will host their annual meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. at the Highland House Museum, 151 East Main St., Hillsboro.
     
Agenda items include reports, introduction of candidates for president and vice president of the society and trustees, election of officers, and an explanation of proposed changes in by-laws.  

Trustees and officers will be available to answer questions and address concerns.
     
The meeting is open to the public but only members may vote on officers.
