HHS Symphonic Choir to present new British choral work

The HHS Symphonic Choir will present British composer Howard Goodall’s Eternal Light: a Requiem this Sunday, May 16 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Hillsboro, Ohio. The concert will begin at 2:30 p.m. Admission is free and the public is cordially invited to attend. The concert will feature SATB chorus with divisi, student soloists, string orchestra, harp, organ, and piano. St. Mary’s organist John glaze will serve as organist; Charles Colliver, HHS choral accompanist, will serve as pianist.
SSCC faculty member Dr. Brian Siemers will play the double bass.
Remaining orchestra members will be current and former students and adjunct faculty of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. For more information contact music director and conductor David White at 393-3633 or dwhite@hcs-k12.org.
