At 2:07 p.m., Holly Combs, 37, of Greenfield was cited for allowing a vicious dog to run at large.
Sept. 13 Offenses/Incidents:
At 2:23 p.m., a resident of the 400 block of South Second Street reported a theft of cutting torches.
At 7:29 p.m., Flagway 12 reported a theft of gas.
At 11:53 p.m., a resident of the 600 block of Lyndon Avenue reported a theft of medication.
Sept. 14 Arrests/Citations:
At 6:44 a.m., Anthony Bush, 31, of Chillicothe was cited for driving under suspension.
At 10:43 a.m., Anthony Harmon, 19, of Greenfield was cited for public intoxication.
At 10:50 a.m., Leslie Davis, 34, of Greenfield was arrested for violation of a court order.
At 4:40 p.m., Richard Kerns, 44, of Greenfield was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct.
At 11:04 p.m., Matthew Bolton, 36, of Leesburg was arrested for passing bad checks.
At 11:30 p.m., Toby Short, 47, of Leesburg was arrested for passing bad checks.
