Ebright purchases Anderson-Strueve Funeral Home
Donald K. Anderson, owner of the Anderson-Strueve Funeral Home in Greenfield, has announced the sale of the funeral home and his retirement.
William D. Ebright, of Ebright Funeral Home in Frankfort, has purchased the funeral home. Ebright is a former resident of Greenfield and a 1975 graduate of McClain High School. He started his funeral service career working for Don Anderson.
The new name of the funeral home will be Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home.
Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home will have four licensed funeral directors. Joining Bill Ebright as licensed staff will be Donald M. "Matt" Conley, Brian D. Ebright and Jennifer D. Ebright. Matt, Brian and Jennifer are all graduates of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and are licensed as embalmers and funeral directors. All four directors are staff at Ebright Funeral Home in Frankfort and Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home in Bainbridge.
The staff of Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home look forward to serving Greenfield and providing a choice to the community for funeral service. They will continue to offer the same service that they have provided the Frankfort and Bainbridge communities. Those services will include the traditional funeral service, cremation, pre-need planning, memorial videos, a website with online videos and will provide after-care services to the families they service.
On Sept. 1, 2011, the staff of the Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home will be available to offer caring and dignified service to the Greenfield community.
