Earth Day Tree Planting

Lead Summary

-
What better way to celebrate the creation of the earth, than by planting a beautiful tree and giving it a “group hug” at the Hills & Dales Training Center (Highland Board of Developmental Disabilities). Everyone enjoyed the group picture with the tree that was kindly donated by Brad Green, of Brad’s Garden Center. Joining in the celebration with the children and adults were Highland County Commissioners, Tom Horst and Shane Wilkin, with Highland County Board of DD Superintendent, Chuck Biggert (left and front row). In the background is the start of a new playground, all possible through donations and fund raisers. If you would like to learn more about the Hills & Dales Training Center program, or how you may donate to the playground, please call (937) 393-4237.[[In-content Ad]]
