CLINTON COUNTY – Culvert replacement will require closing State Route 124, west of the Highland/Clinton county line, from 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26.

The detour for eastbound SR 124 traffic is south on SR 134 to east on U.S. 50.  Westbound traffic will use the same detour in reverse.  Detour is an additional seven miles or approximately 12 minutes.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure and detour.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
