City to discuss Hobart Drive/Smith Road project

By
-
A committee of the full Hillsboro City Council meeting will be held 5:30
p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1 at the Highland County Justice Center, 130 Homestead
Avenue, in the Municipal Court room.

Council will discuss the Hobart Drive/Smith Road project. The project, when
completed, will connect U.S. 62 to S.R. 73 on the city's heavily traveled
north side. The roadway will be 1.2 miles long and would be partly in the
city and partly in the county.

The Hobart/Carl Smith Drive will be a three-lane roadway, with a left-hand
turn lane. It would extend across Careytown Road to Route 73[[In-content Ad]]
