Candlelight vigil for victims of crime April 21

A candlelight vigil will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 21 at the Highland County Courthouse lawn in conjunction with National Crime Victims Week, April 18-24.

Guest speakers will include: Chris and Kellie Theofilos; Highland County Common Pleas Court Judge Rocky Coss, Highland County Prosecutor Jim Grandey, and Trissa Chapman, director, of the Highland County Victim and Witness Office. In addition to the speakers, Beverly Grover will be singing.
