Board of DD meets to discuss employee

The Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities met Tuesday night in a meeting room at the Hi-TEC building and immediately voted to go into executive session. 

 

Board President Linda Allen called the meeting to order, and said that the board's two attorneys were asked to join the board during the session. One of the attorneys was Susan Oppenheimer from Columbus. The board stated they would be discussing the employment of a public employee. 

 

Allen told members of the audience - which included Highland County Commissioner Tom Horst, legislative liaison to Congressman Mike Turner's Office Maggie Horst, and members of the media - that no decisions would be made following the return back into regular session, other than adjournment.
