Area Routes Affected By Flooding
The following routes throughout the Ohio Department of Transportation - District 9 region are closed due to flooding and washouts:
• State Route 41, between the Brown County line and Bentonville;
• State Route 73 at S.R. 32 in Adams County;
• State Routes 348 and 781 near Wamsley in Adams County;
• State Route 505 at U.S. 52 and Higginsport in Brown County;
• State Route 139 at its intersection with S.R. 279 in Jackson County;
• State Route 233, between C.H.&D. Road and Sardis Road in Jackson County;
• State Route 327 at Doles Road in Jackson County;
• State Route 788, between Jackson and C.R. 78 in Jackson County;
• State Route 93, between Pedro and S.R. 373 in Lawrence County;
• State Route 141 at S.R. 775 and north of Wilgus in Lawrence County;
• State Route 650 at Little Pine Creek Road in Lawrence County;
• State Route 124 at Idaho and near Latham in Pike County;
• U.S. Route 52 near Friendship in Scioto County;
• State Route 73 in Scioto County, from the Adams County line through the village of Rarden;
• State Route 335 just north of Sciotoville and the Portsmouth corporation limit in Scioto County; and
• State Route 772 at S.R. 73, north of Rarden in Scioto County.
While these closures will remain effect until further notice, motorists must follow posted detours or seek alternate routes where no detour has been posted. They are also reminded that crossing any route which has been closed is strictly prohibited, and motorists are advised to exercise extreme caution when crossing any route which remains open but where standing water may be present.

• State Route 73 at S.R. 32 in Adams County (this closure extends through to Henley in Scioto County);
• State Routes 348 and 781 near Wamsley in Adams County;
• State Route 505 at U.S. 52 and Higginsport in Brown County;
• State Route 139 at its intersection with S.R. 279 in Jackson County (this closure extends through to White Gravel Road in Scioto County);
• State Route 233, between C.H.&D. Road and Sardis Road in Jackson County;
• State Route 327 at Doles Road in Jackson County;
• State Route 788, between Jackson and C.R. 78 in Jackson County;
• State Route 93, between Pedro and S.R. 373 in Lawrence County;
• State Route 141 at S.R. 775 and north of Wilgus in Lawrence County;
• State Route 217, from east of the Linnville Bridge to west of S.R. 378 in Lawrence County;
• State Route 243, east of C.R. 36 in Lawrence County;
• State Route 650 at Little Pine Creek Road in Lawrence County;
• State Route 775, between C.R. 40 and C.R. 171 in Lawrence County;
• State Route 124 at Idaho and continuing through Latham in Pike County;
• U.S. Route 52 near Friendship in Scioto County;
• State Route 73 in Scioto County, from the Adams County line through the village of Rarden and continuing to Henley;
• State Route 139 near White Gravel Road in Scioto County and continuing through to S.R. 279 in Jackson County;
• State Route 140 at South Webster in Scioto County;
• State Route 335 just north of Sciotoville and the Portsmouth corporation limit in Scioto County, continuing through to Wheeler's Mill; and
• State Route 772 at S.R. 73, north of Rarden in Scioto County.
