Annual balloon launch marks Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

Th e staff of the Highland County Board of Developmental Disabilities, in cooperation with the Highland County Board of Commissioners, are shown at the annual Board of Developmental Disabilities Balloon Launch at  the Highland County Courthouse square Tuesday afternoon.

Board of Developmental Disabilities Superintendent Chuck Biggert invited Commissioners Shane Wilkin, Gary Heaton and Tom Horst to lead the launch countdown.
