  • Clinton Memorial Hospital emergency services' wait times below national averages

    According to national figures, the average wait time in a hospital emergency department was four hours and seven minutes in 2009, and that’s a few minutes longer than in 2008. By contrast, the average wait time for Clinton Memorial Hospital Emergency Services patients is under two hours.

  • Stroke, osteoporosis screenings coming to Greenfield
    Residents living in and around the Greenfield community can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke or bone fracture. Greenfield First United Methodist Church will host Life Line Screening on March 4 at their building at 405 South Street.

    I recently read an article in a newspaper that I know several people in southern Ohio have been subscribing to for years.  The paper comes from Columbia, Ky., but has always covered several things, including tobacco.
