    Carraher K's 13 in Wildcat win over Cedarville

    After nearly a week away from the diamond, the Whiteoak Wildcats traveled to Cedarville rested and ready, and with that combination, along with Gage Carraher on the mound, it was back to what they've done for a majority of the year … winning baseball games as they defeated Cedarville, 9-1 Wednesday.

    In a neck-and-neck battle for first place in Division II of the Southern Hills League all season long, the Whiteoak Wildcats ran out of gas in the bottom of the seventh inning Thursday at Fayetteville, as the Rockets walked off for a 2-1 victory, en route to winning the SHL Division II championship.

    Wildcats dominate Peebles in non-league match-up
    After four strong innings were complete, the Whiteoak Wildcats sealed up a non-league win against a Southern Hills League opponent Monday. Their 14 total runs in those innings led to a 14-4 win over the Peebles Indians for a run-rule win.

    The first time the Fairfield Lady Lions faced the Whiteoak Lady Wildcats, they held them scoreless with a no-hitter; the second time around, it was close to the same as FHS shutout the Lady 'Cats, 6-0 Thursday at Fairfield High School for their ninth Southern Hills League win of the season.
