Lady Indians top MP by 23 strokes

Tuesday was another winning day on the links for the Hillsboro Lady Indian golf team as they gained another South Central Ohio League victory by defeating the Madison-Plains Lady Golden Eagles, 198-221 at the Hillsboro Elks.

Haylee Wehrung (HHS) was the medalist of the event with a low score of 43.

Also scoring for HHS were Arden Knauff (49), Halee Allen (52), Haleigh Lovett (54), Mallory Mullenix (55) and Hanna Breeden (68).

MP scoring included: Kaylin Dill (49), Bailey Stephens (50), Christan Bowshier (50), Hailey Matheny (72) and Savanna Nelson (77).

Hillsboro now stands at 16-1 overall and 6-0 in the SCOL.
