Hillsboro girls tennis falls to Clinton-Massie

The Hillsboro Lady Indians dropped a home match Monday night in non-conference play to the visiting Clinton-Massie Lady Falcons by a 4-1 score.

Hillsboro’s lone win was third singles, as Adalyn Gaines won in two sets at 6-2, 6-2.

In first singles, Scarlett Studebaker lost 5-7, 4-6. In second singles, Aly Johnson lost in two sets at 6-2, 6-2.

In doubles action, Kallie Sharp and Keyle Johnson fell in two sets at 2-6, 4-6. The second doubles match saw Natalie Tharp and Jenna Hart fall 6-7, 5-7.
