Ten Highland County Realtors earn President's Sales Club recognition

     The Ohio Association of REALTORS® (OAR) has officially awarded 2,053 of its members, including 10 Highland County realtors, President's Sales Club designations in four recognition levels for outstanding sales performance in the real estate industry.
     The following Highland County OAR members will be presented with the Award of Achievement: Risa Boone, Randall A. Butler, Kenneth R. Juillerat, Jr., Klayton W. Juillerat, Cheryl A. Mullins, Brigette Waggoner, and Rick A. Williams. 
     Sue C. Boone, Joe Bryan, and Patricia A. Rand will be awarded the President's Sales Club Award of Distinction.
     All OAR members in good standing are eligible for the award. Award criteria include four levels of recognition: the Award of Achievement ($1 million in sales or commercial leases OR 25 sale/lease transaction credits) will be awarded to 1,410 OAR members; the Award of Distinction ($2.5 million in sales or commercial leases OR 50 sale/lease transaction credits) will be awarded to 464 members; the Award of Excellence ($5 million in sales or commercial leases OR 75 sale/lease transaction credits) will be awarded to 96 members; and, the Pinnacle of Performance ($7.5 million in sales or commercial leases OR 100 sale/lease transaction credits) will be awarded to 84 members. 
     New to the President's Sales Club this year allows teams (a business affiliation of two or more licensed agents that report their sales under only one agent's name) to enter into a team category with the same four levels of award criteria recognition. Forty-five teams applied and will be awarded. 
     REALTORS® scheduled to be honored at a President's Sales Club Dinner during the OAR Convention on Monday, Sept. 13 are affiliated with real estate companies across Ohio. The dinner is a major highlight of OAR's 100th Annual Convention, being held at the Cincinnati Hyatt Regency and Duke Energy Convention Center. 
     The Ohio Association of REALTORS®, with more than 29,000 members, is the largest professional trade association in Ohio.
