Pinnacle Warehousing Solutions, LLC (“Pinnacle”), in collaboration with JobsOhio, Ohio Southeast Economic Development (OhioSE) and Noble County, proudly announces a significant commitment to invest over $1.3 million to expand its operations in Noble County.
Trinity Real Estate USA, LLC (“Trinity”) and Pinnacle together deliver comprehensive warehousing and distribution services, including regional transportation from the source to their ISO-certified warehousing and repackaging plant for global distribution.
“Pinnacle and Trinity's decision to invest once again in Ohio brings not just 13 new jobs but also breathes new life into a long-vacant building in Noble County,” said JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef. “Ohio's strategic location, robust infrastructure, and top-tier talent give Pinnacle a clear competitive edge to efficiently serve its growing global customer base.”
Pinnacle's expansion plan centers on revitalizing the former Mahle Engine building in Caldwell, which has remained vacant since 2009. This transformative investment is further empowered by a $160,000 JobsOhio Revitalization Grant.
“As someone deeply familiar with the hardworking spirit of this community, I am incredibly excited to bring new energy and opportunities to the former Mahle Engine building in Caldwell,” said John Jack, President of Pinnacle and Trinity. “This expansion goes beyond a financial commitment; it’s an investment in the people of Noble County, who have been a cornerstone of our company’s journey. We believe in the extraordinary talent, dedication, and resilience of this community and are devoted to creating meaningful jobs and a safer, more sustainable environment for everyone.”
“Thanks to the vital support from JobsOhio, OhioSE and Noble County, this project will not only sharpen our operational efficiency and enhance service to our clients worldwide but also solidify our enduring connection to Ohio. We are proud to be a part of Noble County's growth and look forward to many more years of shared success.”
“We are thrilled to see Pinnacle and Trinity choose Noble County for this exciting new chapter,” said OhioSE Interim President, Katy Farber. “We extend our gratitude to JobsOhio for their invaluable support through the JobsOhio Revitalization Grant.”
The JobsOhio Revitalization Program offers loans and grants to help bridge the financial gap between the enticing cost of brownfield sites and the cost of site redevelopment. This program mitigates financial risks and accelerates projects, turning underutilized land and buildings into productive assets more efficiently.
“We are thrilled to see this facility receiving the investment and revitalization to bring these job additions to Noble County,” said Assistant Professor of Community Development with Ohio State University Extension, Noble’s local Economic Development organization.
